Default modeler/layout jumpy...

whenever i do anything in either modeler or layout, the program seems to think i am starting from another point in 3d space.

if i hit the zoom button, it immediately jumps to an incredible level of magnification instead of easing into it.

the same is true when i wish to select a point and manipulate it. as soon as i attempt to move or otherwise fool with it, the program begins my movement from some far away point in 3d space.

aggravating.

my computer is a g5 dual 2ghz w/1gb ram. i am running lw 7.5.

can anyone help me???

try changing the grid size in layout to get a smoother zooming etc.
