Default Stormy Ocean Tutorial

I'm trying to apply the same methods used in the stormy ocean tutorial to a scene i'm doing at the moment. In the scene I have a large bubble which I'd like to ripple very slowly and gently.

I've created the displacement null, set keys for it, and used it as a reference for the displacement map. However the wave displacement is very very rapid, how do I control the actual speed of the waves?

Thanks!
