Unhappy problem in my link

i did a simple link animation...and i have attached the files with this msg...in the 31st frame my link is showin an unusual move..can somebody plz check my file tell me where im wrong..thank u

lwfreak,

Took a look and I've had this problem with character elbows and knees.

I attached a fixed version of the project for your reference.

What I do is prebend the joint a little. Sometimes if the bones are on a perfect plane you'll get these twitchy reversal type movements. In your case, I used the JointMove and moved the problem joint a little bit positive on the Y axis, then adjusted the nulls a bit on the Z. Probably not the textbook fix, not sure how the moved joint will effect your model deformation, but the twitch is gone.

Default how to enable IK(IK WAS DISABLED BY THIS TOOL)

thank u towerfan...for spending time to look at my problem...when i tried to follow ur steps..i couldnt able to complete JOINTMOVE operation... when i finished moving the joint a msg box pops up n says "IK WAS DISABLED BY THIS TOOL" ..n after tht nothin works only the nulls r rotating how to enable IK again...thanks
