Default Help! Collision problems!

All right. I have a skeleton chartacter set up. there is a hole through his skull where a chain is fed through and holding a heart in his ribs. I have a 2 point poly chain hardlinked to the chain and the heart is connected to the same chain. the chains fixed points are at the top and the poly chain is parented to the characters body. the ribs are a collision object as well as the head, chain and the heart. I can't seem to keep the heart inside his ribcage, nor can i keep the chain inside the skull. when he starts to move, the first couple of frames look right, but then it just gets too wild and the heart flys out in some crazy direction. although the chain follows the characters path. someone help with a solution for the problem. I've tried more techniques than what is described and still, no dice. thanks to anyone that helps.
