Importing 3ds scene
Desperate for Help.
How do I import a studio max file with all of dynamic properties of the models contained, into a lightwave scene and keep the same dynamic properties. sorry if this is easy. Thanx: |

You can open .3ds files directly with LW (Load Object-> select All Files or you can add the .3ds extension to your config file so you don't have to select All Files). If it's a .max file have someone export it as a .3ds for you from Max. Else a third-party app like Polytrans. Also, Max files will import as Tris as opposed to quads.
