Hi,

The left image is from the scene file that came with the tutorial, but the right image is my model that I amde from Videos 1 & 2.

I went over all of the settings covered in the videos, and I can't for the life of me figure what is going on. All I know is that at the end of the second video, the guy seems to do something new between test renders, to make the change, but is not aparent what it is.

If anyone knows what is happeneing here?.......................................plz, plz, plzzzz help me.

:tired:

Best Wishes

That's quite the 'Penetrator Extreme Plus 4!' (echo) looking Lava lamp (non-vibrating option shown). Don't have the tut, but the tut page is screwy anyways claiming the scene and objects would be in part 3, but it's labled complete at part 2. You have the scene file, tear it apart?

Hi MeanPi2:

Thanx, I spent 3 hours last night pulling the scene file apart, but no joy, hehe.

Hi,

Thankyou to TheLori  , for noticing that there was something in the model that needed to be changed. Thats 1 point for the Girls, hehe.

I spend hours last night trying to figure out why it didn't work, & I should have been looking in Modeler, lol.

Best Wishes

Hi,

Applied Pi Song's cool metal surface from LW[8] presets. Have adjusted the surface a little to fit the object.

Here is a render with the Lava.
