Default Purchased DVD / download coordination

I purchased the Caveman rigging/animation DVD set when it was released. Now I'm having trouble with the rigging disk and would like to download the files to sort out the problem. However, the website mechanism does not know that I've already purchased the files (on DVD) and wants to deduct points.

Sending two emails to David has brought no reply.

So, has SimplyLightwave just hosed me as a customer?

No ... try sending a PM to David (or to Tubby)

With the amount of spam mails I know David gets, its entirely possible that your mail could have slipped through the filters.

Sorry dident see it. I'll give you access to the training today. When we first started DVD's you dident get to download as well. Obviousley now you do.
