so true mark, I began the box modelling with maya and now LW, maya is surely a great software for animation but for the modelling thing, lightwave might be better so far, the sub path in LW is more powerful than the smooth proxy cage, cos the limit level is only 1 to 3 high...and LW's knif and bandsaw tools are also more ealier use than poke faces and split etc, it's my personal point of view.

ok the next step of my bike model will be the details add

thanks claudio for the compliment but it was a mistake about the picture, it's a real reference picture of the bike and I use it for the modelling. As I don't get the model finish yet so how can I make the render thing?
