looking very-very damn good my friend .. , one little advice though... i know these are wip renders, but why dont you try interpolated radiosity (maybe mixed with motion blur) instead of this low quality motecarlo or backdrop only... its fast too, but you will get probably much better results...
good work

try around 0.1-0.2 for the tolerance, and if you want a smoother result, turn on motion blur.

Dem bones.dem bones........

Here is a simplified version of the skelegons.... based on Philip's set up........I kept out alot of the smaller bones because I'm not really planning on animating him.

hey your welcome quaoar ! nice model.
i really like the interpolated rad. for example i have created my orange WIP Head with it.. it was really fast, and its quite nice.

Default Final render.

I didn't change the model much.... just moved a couple of bones a bit.... Mainly experimenting with HDRI's ( which I'm growing love) Now I'm guessing that this wasn't exactly what was meant with the whole "hell hound\gargoyle" thing....and to be honest the last time I was in hell I was ready to get some pictures for an HDRI...but as always I forgot my little silver ball.....now I never go anywhere without it.... So alas.... this will be the final render for this month... Good luck all!

Great model, looks like your getting the hold of image based lighting.

This forum is missing a thumbs up face!
