pivot rotation wasn't fixed in this scene, and the shinbone's pivot was screwed as well... maybe it's best to start over and convert the skelegons again etc...

sorry for the delay, I had some computer troubles...

just checked your file. The problem is real easy to solve: activate your skelegons layer, go into polygon selection mode and have a look at your polygon statistics panel (w), click the little "+" next to "1 point" to select your 1-point polys and delete them. That's it!

When creating skelegons make sure you don't create 1 point polys in the first place, or delete them afterwards.

could it be you have the auto key feature enabled? If so, turn it off to only create keyframes by pressing enter...

apart from that, fix your pivot rotations the way I explained earlier in this thread

Well i dont mean to play dumb here, but i tryed that already and i was able to adjust the rotation, only i was not able to make a Keyframe to keep it in place ???
So i readjust the Pivot and it all looks fine, but neither the enter button or by pressing the make Key with the mouse option seems to work, i can't make a Keyframe .

Ps:So much trouble for something that small .( (THX AGAIN FOR ANY HELP)

you can't key the pivot, you can only key bone rotations
