i was waiting to do the spikes because my plans are to have them merge into one on the back of the neck and run down the spine to the tail

Starting to look the business here, sspike. I know you're probably not into the very fine detailing yet, but I think the rim of the eye could do with a small lip to it just to make it look like its containing the eyeball properly. The scales are looking good.

fallen : i have to work on the eye i will add some more scales later on but these will be bump mapped because my method i used to make those ones causes creases elsewhere.

Working on the body and rear legs now i will post the update after i have taken the dog out

here is an update scrubed the body because i wasn't happy with it but here is a shot of one of the back legs, modeled this one in pose for one leg and the other is bent up even further so it wouldn't make sense to model it striaght and then pose it with bones to find it doesn't work.

chrispo : I am doing to do a uv map and hopefully a possible animation if time permits

being overly critical today so i have started to redesign the head neck is also going to be redesigned and the spikes let me know what you think the head will be finished tomorrow

you might want to look at simply maya theres a dragon there thats quite good u could steal some ideas

looking great although if you have time try something with the front of it , it looks a little like its a beak
