Default Final Render Testing

Well, i know not much update from me in a while... Well,,, guess i am doing 2d animation now,,,,hehe getting paid for it is also another sweet thing,,, So i will be back into my hobby,,, 3d once this thing is over. This is a final render test i did. If i dont get much time to finish it,,, then will make up this one and post away... Come on guys.... we need to finish this and make SM guys run for their money...

the water would take longer than the model to render by the looks of it.

Well guys,,, the water is a model,,, in a seperate scene,.... rendered it out and then composited into the tower scene.... Think i need to play with Nature Fx,,, and Seagen More... Well they just came it and i am having fun with them.

dude. how did you get the water to look so real? did you use an aditional program? or is it simply lightwave?

well, thanks man, Hmm,, Seagen and Nature FX 2. a Ocean Shader and sphere for atmosphere,,,,, although i am trying to get the atmosphere plugin to work correctly,,, guess i need to learn about it more.

Well think dont have much time to tweak this scene.... Hmm,,, doing this in between stuff,,, so might up the aa and render out a final one for the submission. The metor is a object and has particals.... guess that qualifies for the partical effect thing....

Hey, what happened to the water?
Pretty nice renders here, but now your drawbridge seems to go out into nothing. I like the meteor though. The end of the world is nigh!

Hehe,, well,,, wanted to try a partical effect so went with the metor,,, since its a lost civilisation,,, this is how it got lost. Hmm,,, actually i wanted to put a wizard near the edge of the drawbridge and have lightning and all that jazz,, but dont think will have time.
