Default May Noob Kumar

Well since the competition is only 1 month... i want to do this properly,, so here is some reference i picked up on the net.. will adjust and come up with a final concept soon.

Character Male Pirate Captain (Classic Style, eg Blackbeard)
Age : 40-60
Height : 1.7m Short as he is old and has a pegleg.
- pegleg on Left foot
- classic coat
- cutlass
- big hat
- long beard

dont think i will model guns,,, maybe will add them later once i have the character finished

-sidekick parrot

Hmm,, now all i need to do is come up with a few concepts based on the reference.

Default Braid with SasLite

Ok,,, had problems at first but now got the long hair guides to work and have a reasonable braid type going. Was wondering how to get a briad so tempted to try... You can see the guides on this one.

Great start, Kumar! Love the furrowed brow look - some real character in this fellow already.
