No Presets
Hi.
I installed my Lightwave 7.5, and I discovered that there are no presets. how can I install some? |

The presets should all have been installed with your Lightwave install. You might need to open and select the requisite panel first (ie: Hypervoxels, Surface Editor, Volumetric Light Editor, etc...) before the presets will show.

I'm afraid you didn't understand me...
In the preset window on the modeler or the layout, all I get is an empty window, the listbox is gray (and empty, too), and the title of this window says "(none)"... |

do you have an object open?
open Modeler and an object, than the Surface Editor and than the Presets. |

Create the shader you want, and then double click on it's picture in the surface editor.

No, from a *.pst file to the preset window on the layout...

If you have the *.pst files, then all you need to do is copy them into the correct place in your windows file structure using explorer.
You should find then all in something like C:\Lightwave\Programs\Presets\... |

e.g, to transform the texture of a matirial in the surface editor to a preset. |

Yes, double click the thumbnail in the surface editor (or right-click and select save preset)...
