Default Mountain/ Ocean in same scene: HELP

Hey, Guys I did the tutorial for the ocean scene and I modifed it a bit to suit my taste for a movie. The file is attached. My question is.

I would like to add a mountain in the scene. The scene would include the mountain ridge and the ocean. I figured out how to create the mountains, but how do you apply a texture to it, so it looks like clusters of trees and rocks. Is thier a texture for such things or do I have to creat each tree?

And how do I have it set up in the same scene as the picture?

I also included an image file for what I am using as a guide and what I am looking for.
