Interesting, but is there anything more than what is in the manual and newtek site?

Just wondering to know if it is worth while for me to download.

it's under 10 MB, I suggest you download it and tell me

Well the tute at the newtek site is the same as in the manual, it's just a basic step by step explanatoin of what to do and why.

I think it is a great idea for a video tutorial since it's pritty basic but the NewTek tute goes through a lot of steps when IMO it can be written in a much simpler way.
Same goes for the spinning lights trick. It's a really simple idea but the only tutorial I know of that exists doesn't go straight to the point but rather says "Do this and then do that. Notice what happened?" When it would be simpler and better to say "We want this and this to happen so do this and that".

Just an idea for a tute that will probably be well apretiated.
