Default Add frames?????

I have an animation, and I want parts of a objects animation to happen about 20 frames later, how do I do this without selecting all the rotations and moving them down? Is there some way to say add blank amount of frames here?

You can use the Scene editor to select all the animation for a give object and shift them (or scale them) by a given amount. I think this is what you need.
