I think water spray is one of the hardest particle effects to get just right!! The physics look to be working right for you and the water texture looks really nice!

first of all this is looking pretty nice. For the sand I would add a crumple bumptexture with a scale of 1mm or so. This should give the sand realistic texture and make it look a little softer. I would also make the spray from the wave with smaller particles but more of them, it kinda looks like its made of cooten balls so I would also make it a little bit transparent, say 80% or so. Hope this helps and good luck.

Thank you Colto i will Try it as soon as i get some chance

Making the water spray transparent is a good idea
but more particles is a no no !!!!

My pc takes about half an hour just scrubbing the timeline
{p4 2.8 HT 1Gb Ram Gf4 5600}

I had to reduce the particles to work ...

Luckly the particle blur makes it look good in the animation
