Default New Computer

Well I finally did it after lots of procrastinating I splurged and build a new computer. Riped out all the guts of my comp and put in my new parts. I must say it was long overdue for an upgrade. I finally dicided to do my computer because my new house that I am purchaceing is final and I wanted to get all that house stuff done first.

My old system was 1.8 GHZ Amd, PC2700 1 Gig ram, Nvidia Ti 4600.

X800 XT Platinum Edition Agp 8x Gigabyte
Asus P4S800D-E Deluxe With Hypertransport
Audigy LS 5.1 with Cambridge 5.1 Dolby Digital speakers

3DMark01 21,733
3DMark03 12,945
3DMark05 5,947

All bench stock no OC!

I am ready bring on HL2~

Performance wise its no comparison. Hands down it more than tripples my old system performance especially where the graphics card comes into play. I have been a Nvidia and Amd fanboy for a long time but this time I dicided to go with Pentium and Ati and I must say I dont think I could be more pleased with my processor and video card.
