Default I need some structure in my life

Hey guys I was just wondering what your order of operations is here. I don't have much structure, I kind of do everything at once and its not workin. When I finish this project up for my next I think I may go like this.

Model
Camera Rigs
Light Set ups
Texture
Bump Map
Luminance/Difuse
Specularity

Was wondering if you guys have a order you like to do stuff.

1)Idea(dont start without good idea and plenty of sketches)
2)Modeling
3)Texturing(Including all stuff like bumpmap, specular ...all)
4)Riging
5)Endomorphs(for facial animation)
6)Setup scene and animate

Personaly i only model, i made only few animations!
Have fun

So you texture before you light? I wasn't sure about this since, as far as I know, OpenGL can only display one texture layer and no bump maps, specular, etc. it seemed that you may be back and forth between texture layers and lights frequently.
