Not looking too bad here, Davey. There are a couple of niggles. There is some sort of weird artifact at the top left hand corner of the mouth that I'm sure you're aware of plus you've got a point with five polys coming off it on the cheek which you might want to look at as well.

The only other thing I can think of is that the eyelids could be slightly thicker. Other than that, its a nice model

I have one crit. tho...

I think the tip of his nose is a little too flat and should be a little more rounded off.

Nice work, is that vertex paint you have on there...?? Hehe

Think you can add more detail to the mouth and eyes,,, give some older man look,, as clowns are a dying race.
