IK crazy
hey all I have a problem. I have followed along in a tutorial by Chris olsen about how to set up a character rig (inverse kinematics skeleton) and I have completed it. But now I need to know how to apply it to my model! The skeleton works great but i cant figure out how to apply it to my character! PLZ PLZ PLZ help!!
I am going IK crazy trying to figure this out can anyone help? thanx a bunch! |

You could Export the Rig using "J" then load your model in a new scene and Import the Rig you saved. "I"

Hey
I'm Guessing that your object and bones are in sperate layers or files..... If so CLick on the Main character object and then click bones tab at the bottom of the screen. Press P for object properties and at the top (use Bones From Object) select your bone layer. Also make sure you have - Setup 'Enable IK' and 'Enable Deform', Selected......
