Nice design. I'd love to see this one animated.

Concerning the composition of the render,.. the pose is weak and hard to read. The lighting is too harsh and causes it to lack depth. and the dark background makes it hard to see the middle of the bot.

I know you are still working on it,.. but as far as the model goes ,.. I like it!

Hehe,,, David you sound like Jeff Lew on a DVD,,,

LaMereHic, i like the bot,,, somehow seen him somewhere before,,, think this guy is famous right?

As far as pose is concerned. work on the lower body. Work on the shoulders too. I like the foreshotening look. But if he is in a punch pose will be better.

As far as the model. Add some jet packs. Work some rivets and small details to the model. You will be surprised on how it will work to your advantage.

Good Luck,
Kumar

kumar i think you are right for the details, and mostly for the the lower part that seems weak, i wanted to make it with tiny legs but they are not iny enougth or too small.. got to redesign them
my inspiration comes from abc warriors, but far away( simon bisley) i shouldgrowth the lower arms and shrink the legs.. or proportionate the legs.....
gonna see, or do another model :p
i dont understand "harsh" (i am french sorry)
but i ll work on lighting too
