Default Quick Question

On the post you state:
"The minimum entry requirement is lowered to be 3 or more"

I am new...so I am not sure what this refers too?

Thanks,

It means at least 3 people must submit a final entry for the grand prize to be awarded. In the past there have been tons of people that start but never finish their entry so this was put in to keep that from happening.
