Default Lightwave & Green-screen

Hi All...

I recently combined my Lightwave animation/model of a Crannog with some video footage using the green screen technique.

I bought some luminous green A3 paper from an art shop, stuck it on my wall and filmed a head-shoulder shot. I keyed out the green using Adobe Premier.

Default The Set...

Here's the Wide Shot with my Crannog model, a model of a roman and the projected images of the Clyde.

Here's the combined image with a Close-up of the Crannog legs and the 'live' video shot of the roman figure. (The background was also 'blurred' in Premier to imitate a realistic camera shot)

Main problems in trying to use the green-screen was getting a uniform shade of green (hampered by shadows on the green paper) and avoiding the green reflection in the helmet.
