Default Zbrush & Lightwave

Hey guys. I don't know if any of you use Zbrush for texture or coloring your modles but its great!!

Simply import your model as an object and deform and paint away.

However I have a slight problem.
You see, I cant seem to export the displacement map properly once I have finished painting it.

I finish off with something like (pic1) and once i get it back into lightwave it looks like (pic2)

Ive tried tweaking the maps and Im sure there are other alternative solutions but can anyone help me?
