If any of you have seen Philip's mclaren tutorial you'll note that he has the polygon statistic, numerical and layers window arranged in a way so that they don't get in the way of the viewports. Does anyone know how he did that?
Thanks. |

Yep ... size your modeller window down, then put the floating windows in place. Close and re-open modeller (not maximized) and everything should be as it was left...

I don't think thats how he did it because when modeler is not maximized it sill doesn't let me size it down much, meaning it doesn't give me enough space to place the floating windows on the right side and also it hides the buttons on the left side.

Then that's your problem. You really need to be running an absolute minimum of 1024x768 in order to work with a smaller window size.
