Default textureing a face

Hi,
could we have a tut on how to correctly surface a face? Something that look like real skin, even wrinckles, and stuff like that... I would use a UV map, i know how to do that, but i can't get anything good looking when i use photoshop, Would you concider a tut on how to uv map correctly??? Thank you
