Default Chloe: Emo Girl

I've finally managed to twist enough to give myself a kick up the arse (and put my back out in the process) and start modelling again. Below is the initial sketch of the character

Hair's a bit Whoopi Goldberg at the moment, but I'll work on it...

I think it's safe to say that my biggest problem is a lack of patience, one day I'll force myself not to touch the surfacing until it's the model is completely finished - in my defence though these are just mock-up textures to get an idea of what she'll look like...

Good start, Kris. Nice to see you back in the modelling game again.

BTW did all you guys graduate last year and if so how did all of you do? It seems awfully quiet around here without you!

Hey Fallen, how you doing? It has gotten a tad quiet in the forum of late hasn't it - I've been checking threads but haven't had anything to post for ages.
I'm pretty sure everyone that was posting on here from my course graduated with a decent degree. I did pretty well myself but I won't blow my own trumpet too hard.
I've got a couple of ideas for projects now, but I don't want to get started on them until I have better control over my modelling so anything you see on here for the next wee while will mostly be concentrating of poly-flow and edge-loops. I'll try and keep it interesting though.
That said, I haven't touched this model in a while now as I've been busy with work (and bought a Wii) but promise to have something more to show soon!
