Default Camera Switching

Hey all,

I was looking at the Caveman Animation tute and I saw that David had multiple cameras set up, and while scrubbing/previewing the camera view was switching between the different cameras. I can't for the life of me find in the tute how he set that up and I sure can't figure it out on my own.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks in advance.

I suspect you seek this plug in...

In the past I've always just keyed one camera, with "stepped" keys where the transitions were that way it "jumps" to where it needs to be between frames, and renders out ok.

You can always try this approach if the plug doesn't work right for ya.

Hmm...I could swear it was there the other day but I'm not seeing it now either.

TowerFan was it there for you?

Alternatively there's this plug-in...

I don't know its compatibilities with LW versions and I've never used it, but it should fit the bill, and does have an active download link, [I just tried it to make sure]. Its the last one on the page/very bottom called "Camera Director."

Nope, wasn't therefor me either. Thanks for the new link. I'll probably just go with the stepped keys for one camera as long as I don't have to change any non keyable properties. Seems easier that way.

In LW9 there's a master plug-in camera selector. Maybe this is a solution ?
