Hey Speedy - good to have you back!
Remember you can change the base mesh if you want to as well. Best of luck with the competition:beer: |

ok im bk wiv a little bit of progress,
not started on the UV's yet, but i have made a little few modifications to Mike's gun. 1. move a few points on the top - this is so i can add somethin later on the texture (as ull see later on) 2. stretched the cone end so i could.... 3..... add a ball in the connon where the blast would come from. heres the pic C&C welcome. |

Speedy that's looking pretty good, I like the "redesign." Subtle by nicely done. The painting in your last post looks like a nice direction to go with it.

Sorry s2-speedy,
I forgot about you guys over here at simplyLightwave until a few minutes ago. I was like "hey I need to go visit our neighbors". Anyway, I too have been doing the raygun and I must say I really like your concept sketches, especially the last one. The color's are great. I ended up using a black and goldish color for mine but I think I like your colors much better. I can't wait to see how your model turns out. Good luck!
