Default just playing around...

i have tried modeling a head...well first try...not too good i think, but for better results i have planear mapped teh reference pic. to the head. it looks much better this way. i think its a quite cool way, to texture a basic head.

ps: i dont think i will ever finish this one, i am starting lots of new projects every day or so, so probably i will rather start a new one soon... just practising

It kinda looks like a scan I had done at ECTS a couple of years ago. There was a company from Glasgow that had developed a method of getting a 3D model and texture from two digital cameras.

(If I remember, it worked by first taking a picture from each camera in B/W of the head with a bright white grid projected onto it, then taking two regular colour photos for the texture map).

Only problem with it was there was visible stretching at the edges since two cameras couldn't do a full 360deg scan...

I wanna see him fully modeled and textured.
