Default Sherman tank

Hi,

Just busy on the tank tutorial, on part 3 and David changes the blueprint for a higher res print that he says he will include with the tutorial...but doesn't. I've had a look on the net but can only find low res blueprints. Anyone know where to get the one used in part 3 of the series?

Thanks

I'm trying to replicate the curve for the rail clone of the tank tread in tutorial video part 6 but I don't see clearly what you have done.

After the BEZIER CURVE you make a SHIFT + Z (MERGE POLYGONS) to get only 1 curve.

After that you kill the curve.

Then you begin to select points (I suppose first selected point will be the place where the rail clone will start) and select the Create / Make Closed Curve, but this didn't work.

CTRL + Z (UNDO)

And with the curve selected, you kill it, change to points, and then repeat the process but this time with an Open Curve, and that's the GOOD part you get a closed curve from an OPEN CURVE command.

WHAT I GET IS AN OPEN CURVE, see the attach image.

Did you do anything I don't see on the tutorial, or is any kind of mistake from my side???

Great tutorial David !!!

Thankyou
Gus
