Default Caveman Question

I'm doing the caveman tut. When I do subdivision I get an extra line near the neck. Not sure why or how it's there. Please advise on how to get rid of it.

I'll try to help. Go into poly mode, select each of the 2 polys surrounding the weird line, hit "k" to "kill polys". Now go into point mode, select the points that make up the poly you want (in clockwise order or the normal will be filpped), then hit "p" to make poly. That should remove the offending line. :-)

Thanks for the tip Leroy3rd. I'm able to get rid of the unwanted edges.

I'm back on track with the tut, still a lot to learn
