Default HELP!!!!

I have circled in red some points that I think I'll need to clean up... There will be morphmixing used for facial expressions so I'm not sure if I need to be cleaner but if it does these will probably be the problem spots...... could anyone possibley show a way of cleaning the mesh a little more?

Thanks

Yeah.... they suck... If I had only planned a bit better....... but I've tested some facial expressions and there doesn't seem to be a problem..... So I'll leave it for now. you can see it here... http://www.zombieville.com/morphTest.mov
