very nice modelling, only thing that I could say right away needs some work is the ear, otherwise it looks top notch!

I agree with DigiMatt - this is a nice head model - ears are always especially tough and they seem to be the aspect of head modelling that everyone comes unstuck on. Is there any chance of seeing some other views and a wireframe - I wouldn't mind seeing how the polygon topology has been put together for this. Good work!
