tell her I wanted to check it for wear. Just to see how slant you manage to go

BTW, I told you I was going for a ZX 9 R, but now the milly is in the race too... Do you have any idea how much the valve service costs that you have to do every 7.500 km?

well my first service was free, (due to the newness )

but I hear the first one (de-restrictions and all) cost a good 250 quid... but next one is at 6,000 and i hear it going to be around 150 / 200 so it aint to bad mate

same as most performance bikes... oh btw mate, you wont be to proud of me - I still have a good half an inch to an inch that i need to go over on my back tyre, I can still see the shiny bits around the edge from the showroom !!!!

But after 13 years I need to get some confidence before "kneeing" it

got a all day "survival course in a couple of weeks" should be fun, building confidence / cornering / brakeing etc - i normally wouldnt do anything like this but I really feel I need a freshen up

yeah, I'm considering in doing that too; a couple of years ago I didn't have as much to lose, but only thinking about not being around when Johanna grows up makes me want to puke...
