Gimme time! I get round to commenting eventually! As you say the body is a bit long at the moment and I think you might want to think about defining the ribcage slightly better so you get the suggestion of individual ribs. Also I'm not entirely sure about the anatomy in the way the ribcage looks like it goes up into the armpit area. Just looks a little strange from here. You might also think of adding a suggestion of the top of the pelvic bone - not visible on all women, but on one as thin as this, then I think you're more likely to see it. Overall though, this is a nice model.
