heres a front view with a surface texture for its skin.

please critisize it as im new to the surface editor it taken me while but i think i have got the lights in the correct places and the colours of the body.

if you can crit the model to it would be helpful.

tomorrow i will try get the head armor done the feet and the tail. ill have about 4-5 hours so i hope i can get them done

ill attack the skin surface ( if i can hopefully ) if you want to have a look

nope it wornt attach is there any way i can attach this?
owell if you want it message me and ill send you.

iv never actually used lightwave scene editor other then render the picture lol so it isnt very good at all but its my first time at it and it took me almost all day so im happy

Well, at the moment, I'd say the modeling needs some work. There doesn't appear to be much of any real antatomical form to this guy yet. I'd recomend taking a look at anatomy reference and try tweaking it some.

Keep it up!

Too dark! (either that or my monitor needs fiddling around with) I think he needs a bit more of a shaped neck at the moment - I think that's what's really letting him down the most.

Hmm,, think mikes right about the anatonomy reference. I would be tempted to get comic superhero or villian reference. The proportions are different and very interesting.
