Thanks Colto,
Cause this more about learning than getting to the finish line on time I'll turn back and try SD, probably only to end of mouth.

This is where I was now. Quite acceptable but teeth might need to be morphed or something.

I had a poly that wouldn't divide, but crashed. Done with it but I sitll ain't quite familiar with modeler I can crash it once in hour without even trying.

This is probably the way to go Colto, but I must concider for this one if I morph only smaller parts and rearrange the mesh flow and get back lost symmetry later. I'll think of it untill eve.

Okay,
decision is this for now. August the horse ia not going to speak at all now only eat and later on he's talking onematopoetics, so I'll stick to bones in main movement and morph lids, nostrills, nose, lops and cheeks, thou cheeks might deform more nicely with bones on this mesh.

Am I going to be in hurry?

First animation test. This is not animated to the context provided, but simply to test morphs and motion.

http://www.kolumbus.fi/noratio/August_test_1.avi

in my check list is:
-Right upper lid morps thru eyeball
-Left cheek has tris in hole of quads, how did they come I don't know, but easy to get rid.

I must start morph the other character or I never finnish in time.

Nice work,,, since i have been like morphing for some time now on other projects i will give a few comments. The lower cheek bloats unevenly... needs to be a little bit more stuttle. The lips needs to morph out evenly all around the mouth and not to one side.. Hehe although it looks funny... Oh ya if you see the horse when the lips move the whole nose has a movement, you might want to do that... The expressions and other stuff are fine i think.

Kumar,
you're so right about the nose area. In this tight schedule I'll try to achieve "fake" that splitting bones in nose area and using them at same time, or if time founds I'll recreate morph part for nose area,(and lose all current). For the lips I have morhs both forward and all around, but just had this combination in test render. Upper does nicely Kiss, but lower not yet.

Thaks for your Comments

I dropped Keiths ear tearing. Had to do it with FK. That was OK but I could not make the mesh flow nicely and we have short of time. Turned IK back to hands and don't do anything accurate with them. Animating is fun, teaser coming soon, or not.

1 RAW animation. I Decided to post it regardles its current state.
http://www.kolumbus.fi/noratio/Raw1_aaa.avi

There are several problems like:
-Still those cheeks on August don't bloat smoothly.
-Glimbal locks, I must use FK in Keith the rats hands, or use Kumar trick for Elbow Direction, all animation on him sucks, eh maybe the ART is pronounced well in good pose.
-insufficent amount of facial animation to be kind to myself...lol.
-I still need those 3 props: Arm, Statue and torso
