Default attaching images

i wonder how everybody attaches images cuz whenever i attach images i have to go into an image host website and save my pics there. However i see everybody else atatches them like this
<:member name:> has attached this image

I wonder how everybody does that???
answers are greatly appreciated

my isp comes with like 5mb of space, and my school has like 25 mb for each student in one of my classes, and i use ftp to upload to them

From the Reply screen(pictured below) or New Thread screen use 'attach file' and browse to pull it off your hard drive.
