How did you create the smooth edges, did you use the "TB's Edge Bevel Shader" plugin?

Looks good, especially the logo, but I think you need a distance fog or something to blend the water surface "horizon" with the backdrop color.

that looks really good... needs some AA and possibly an underwater texture to go ontop of the logo. give it a bitter sense of realism.... just a suggestion but

AA = Anti Aliasing

It interpolates pixel values to make the edges of object less jagged.
