Default rendering problem

i've uploaded a quick little move and i was just wondering, what do i have to do to get the best quality for the final render. On the movie you can see strange lines. How do i get rid of em. P.S It IS subpached and smooth

For starters:

1. Camera properties - up Antialiasing to Med

2. Object properties - Experiment with increased render subpatch level

Are you using compression on the video? What codec?

Ive put the Antialiasing to Medium and increase the subpach level. The quality is better but still not that good. For the video thing i put it on AVI and "indeo video 5.10"
