right guys this is ma first head model so dont b to harsh ^_^. heres the non cell shadded 1

you should add AA(anti-aliasing) to the images,

right ave been sittin workin on this non stop 4 a day or so he still doesny have legs yit but he soon will have thats y hes low down in the shot lol =]

Pretty good for a cartoony head. The eyebrows could do with a bit more character but I like the goatee and the Aardman animations style mouth you've got going on there. The goatee could look a bit more separate from the chin though like you have with the hair.
