I saw that indian on the gallery here and it made me change my swing... I want fun, Im never going to get anywhere cahsing your effort, carttoon hides the sins...

Looks like you're using a box modelling approach. If you haven't seen it already, check out Userelta's head modelling tutorial if you want some ideas on how to do the eyes:
