From what i can see it looks good but its too dark to see all of the details. maybe make the background a bit lighter..

Not bad at all. Coule of points:

(1) You might want to take another look at the texture you've used for the actual blue casing. Whilst it looks OK from a little distance, in extreme close up, it appears to lack any sort of depth - maybe try to add a little micro bumping in there at least.

(2) In the edge of the curved face of the model, you can see a definite polygon edge. I'd be tempted to either subdivide once or twice and tweak (if the model is all polygon), or convert to subpatches if possible to smooth this out.

Apart from that though, no real crits.

Pretty much agree with Mark - although I would add that it might look nicer if you created a scene out of it with the cable modem actually sitting on a surface - little HDRI and it has the potential of looking superb.

Look in the Images\HDRI folder of your Lightwave Installation.

GRREAT!!! I use that same HDRI pic for a lot of things!!! specially when I need to reflect a lot of lights...

But you might need to use a smoother hdri, like beachprobe or something like a sky, that might enhance the look of your mesh a little bit, and also can look clean and realistic...
BTW why donīt you turn reflection down?

Well... the model looks great man, give RADIOSITY a try...
