Try using an img tag in the post rather than a url tag to get the images appear inline, so rather than having

Ahh... I see the problem. It looks as though the [IMG] tags are disabled in this forum for some reason. I'll PM David to see if this is an accident or by design
 (I should have looked at the forum rules panel first - *DOH*)

lol - I guess so. Look at the bottom of the page. There should be a box entitled 'Forum rules' showing several options (Smileys on, HTML code off, etc...)
