Default lost polygons

Hi,
After Lay Out crash on "save as" in modeler there were many holes in mesh at reload. When I tried creating polys on holes I get message not enough points selected, even there is. This has happened me several times. Any sollutions?

Ok,
I used Pen Tool and welded created poly to mesh. After one poly was added make poly tool was functional again, I have no explanation, maybe I was on wrong layer or something.

I sometimes get this - I usually make sure that I'm only working in one layer and if that fails, restart lightwave and try again.
