Default lines in model!! help

Yeah, i am new at this. i always get some un-smoothness (dont know how to say it) in my object. How to avoid this or why this happens? the screen shot should explain better.

The reason this happens is because some of your polygons share a point that is connected to 4 other polygons. This shows a five star on your mesh.
Have you ever used Spin Quads? This will rotate your polygons and most of the time it will align your mesh and get rid of the lines. It's under Detail>Polygons>Spin Quads or 'Ctrl+K'. Make sure you only do two polygons at a time.
