Default HDRI

Hey all, I'm trying to use some hdri images for some lighting tests... but the format is .hdr I've never used em before and I was wondering if this is a file extension lightwave can use. If so where do I import the images to?

http://www.highpoly3d.com/writer/tut.../hdri/hdri.htm This solved all the problems I was having.... very simple but effective.
